Shipping policy

Delivery Schedule: We deliver orders on weekends only (Saturday and Sunday between 3pm-8pm pacific time) to ensure your meal kits arrive fresh and ready to cook. Orders placed by Friday at 10PM will be delivered the following weekend.

Delivery Areas: We currently deliver across Dublin, San Ramon, Danville, Pleasanton, Livermore, Hayward, Castro Valley, Union City, Fremont, Milpitas and Sunnyvale.  Enter your zip code at checkout to confirm availability in your area. Minimum order for free delivery is $24.00. Orders under minimum amount will carry a small $5.00 delivery fee.

Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday–Friday. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a delivery notification before your delivery.

Freshness Guarantee: Our meal kits are packed in insulated bags and ice packs to keep ingredients fresh during transit. If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@getgrainly.com.

Local Pickup Local pickup is not currently available, but may be offered in the future.
